1. Age Requirement
FindL is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to a minor may be restricted, suspended, or removed.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
FindL strictly prohibits any content, conduct, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or other depictions.
- Grooming or attempting to establish contact with a child for sexual purposes.
- Sexualization of minors.
- Sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or facilitation of child sexual exploitation.
- Requests for, distribution of, promotion of, or links to CSAM.
- Any attempt to use FindL to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
3. Reporting and User Feedback
FindL provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report accounts, profiles, messages, posts, and other content that may violate our standards. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high-priority safety matters.

4. Action Against CSAM and CSAE
When we obtain actual knowledge of content or conduct that violates these standards, we take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Actions may include:
- Removing prohibited content.
- Restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating accounts.
- Preserving relevant information where required or permitted by law.
- Cooperating with competent law-enforcement authorities and child-safety organizations where legally required.
We do not knowingly permit CSAM to remain available through FindL.
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Wien Technology operates FindL in accordance with applicable child safety, online safety, and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where the service is made available.

7. Enforcement
Violations of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and any additional action required under applicable law.

İhlal tespit edilmesi veya yasaklı içerik hakkında fiilen bilgi sahibi olunması halinde içerik kaldırılabilir, hesap kısıtlanabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın gerektirdiği durumlarda yetkili makamlarla ve ilgili çocuk güvenliği kuruluşlarıyla iş birliği yapılabilir.
