- Other processing conditions permitted under KVKK, GDPR or other applicable law.
Where processing relies on consent, withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully conducted before withdrawal.

FindL is designed to allow users to discover and communicate with other users. Depending on the feature and your settings, other users may see information such as:
- Your username or display name;
- Your profile photographs;

Do not include home addresses, financial information, identity documents, passwords, or other highly sensitive details in your public profile or posts.
9. Location Data
FindL may request access to approximate or precise device location to provide nearby-user and distance-based discovery features.
- Location access is requested through the permission controls of your device;
- You may deny or revoke location permission at any time;
- Disabling location may prevent location-based features from operating;
- FindL is not intended to publicly display your exact coordinates or street address to other users;
- Location information may also be used to prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
10. Messages and User Content
10.1 Private messages
We process private messages and related metadata to transmit, synchronize, display and manage conversations. Authorized personnel may access relevant content when reasonably necessary to:
- Investigate a user report or safety concern;
- Respond to a support request;
- Detect or prevent fraud, abuse or illegal activity;
- Comply with a valid legal obligation;
- Protect the rights and safety of users or Wien Technology.
10.2 Posts and photographs
Posts, captions, profile photographs and other published content may be visible to eligible FindL users. Removing content from the interface may not immediately remove temporary cached copies, backups, security records or content retained for a valid legal reason.
10.3 Your responsibility
You are responsible for information you send to other users. We cannot control how another user stores, screenshots, copies or shares information after receiving it.
11. Safety, Reports and Automated Moderation
FindL uses manual and automated safety measures to identify content that may violate our rules or create risks for users.
These measures may include:
- Automated analysis of uploaded profile or post images for nudity or prohibited content;
- Spam, rate-limit and suspicious-activity detection;
- User reporting and blocking tools;
- Review of posts, profiles, biographies and reported messages;
- Warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary bans or permanent account bans.
Automated systems may produce incorrect results. Where available, you may contact us to request review of a moderation or enforcement decision.
12. Premium Subscriptions and Payments
FindL may offer optional subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed by the platform through which you purchased the subscription.
We and our subscription-management provider may process:
- The purchased product and subscription level;
- Transaction and original transaction identifiers;
- Purchase platform;
- Subscription activation and entitlement status;
- Renewal, cancellation and expiration information;
- Limited information needed to restore purchases.
We do not determine app-store refund policies and do not directly receive your complete payment-card information.
14. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. As a result, information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers, taking into account applicable KVKK, GDPR and other data-protection requirements.
15. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and complying with legal obligations.
Our general retention approach includes:
- Active-account data: generally retained while your account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service;
- Messages and uploaded media: retained while needed to provide the relevant features and generally scheduled for deletion within 90 days following account deletion, unless an exception applies;
- Security and activity logs: generally retained for up to 180 days;
- Deleted-account prevention records: limited identifiers may be converted into hashed or otherwise restricted records and retained for up to 180 days to prevent fraud, repeated abuse or unauthorized re-registration;
- Support and moderation records: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, investigate abuse, document enforcement or defend legal claims;
- Transaction records: retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, subscription management and legal compliance;
- Backups: deleted information may remain for a limited period in protected backups until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
We may retain information for a longer period where required by law, subject to a preservation obligation, needed for an active investigation or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
16. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion directly through FindL’s account settings. The available menu wording may vary by application version.
You may also submit a deletion request by contacting: support@wientechnology.com .
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing an external deletion request.
When an account is deleted:
- The account is deactivated and removed from normal discovery;
- Profile information and user content are deleted or anonymized according to the applicable retention schedule;
- Some conversation records may display a generic deleted-account label so conversations remain understandable for other participants;
- Relevant security, transaction, moderation or legal records may be retained where permitted or required;
- Premium subscriptions must still be cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable.
Deleting FindL from your device does not automatically delete your FindL account.
17. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.
Safeguards may include:
- Encrypted HTTPS communication;
- Authenticated and time-limited access to protected resources;
- Access controls for administrative systems;
- Rate limiting and suspicious-activity monitoring;
- Restricted media-access mechanisms;
- Security logs and moderation records;
- Database and infrastructure protections;
- Regular maintenance and security updates.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, Apple account, Google account and FindL session.
